You can't shut me up!
Since 2015 I've been open about my mental health in order to raise awareness and end the stigma.
I want to help others do the same.
I went many years trying to hide myself, trying to get away from judgemental eyes.
Now I stand loud and proud and I am always me.
Stand.Out
When life gives you...
I try and find good opportunities, and the older I get the more I encourage others to do the same.
We should all be making the most of our lemons and not just in our cheesecakes or with tequila shots!!
